CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure the smoothest experience for all our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for service cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we ask for your understanding in the impact it may have on our schedule. In the event that less than 24 hours notice is given, a 30% deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you with utmost care.
